Kelly the Coed 12: Mommy’s Little Monster is the second movie within the Kelly the Coed series not to initially feature Allysin Chaynes as Kelly, Heatwave’s favorite nubile coed; the first was the original VHS version of Kelly the Coed 3. In this entry, Noname Jane takes the reigns from Chaynes and takes on the role of the slutty Pi Pi sorority sister.

In this entry, Kelly is a freshman at State University. Now Jim Powers has always been poor with the consistency among the movies within this series. Apparently he figures that once the viewer gets off, everything seen has been forgotten. Yes, in the last entry Kelly was partially through her sophomore year and now she is back to being a freshman. In a completely confusing move for anyone who knows anything about Greek life, she is also giving orders to Pi Pi sorority pledges, as a freshman.

However, Powers has proven in the past he knows absolutely nothing about Greek life, and has proven time and time again that he has no interest in any sort of accuracy in this series. The goal seems to be to pump out each title as fast as possible. In this entry, Pi Pi sorority is having a social exchange with Delta House. Yes, sadly the poor Kappa geek house is now out and the Deltas are now in. Although several of those Delta frat boys, look strangely like some of the Kappa frat boys, which looked an awful lot like some of the TKE frat boys of past Kelly the Coed movies.

Speaking of people who look like other people, Kelly’s father (Marc Cummings) looks an awful lot like Professor Longfellow from Kelly the Coed — Part 8: Pi Pi Pussy and completely unlike Brian Surewood, who played her father in the last entry. Aurora Snow appears in this entry as Chrissy, whom I assume is the same Chrissy that was played by Sabrina Jade in both the last entry and the spin off movie Chrissy the Campus Slut. Snow also manages to play Sindee in her own spin off series Sindee the Campus Slut.

The social exchange is apparently held at her father’s house. Don’t worry, this long and complicated plot doesn’t matter much at all because the plot is essentially non-existent. In a first I think for the series, there is an actual closing narration for the movie. Noname Jane is a bit more animated with the narration in comparison to Allysin Chaynes. Powers has managed to shoot some of the footage at a college campus again which adds to the feel of the movie. The sex scenes aren’t bad, but the the movie is.
